About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Specialist with a strong background in creating, implementing and handling robust IAM strategies and solutions to secure our customer's information properties. The role involves ensuring protected and efficient access to resources, alleviating expert threats and boosting total cyber strength. Reporting to the Cyber Resilience Manager this function contributes in keeping a protected and effective gain access to control environment. You will be executing IAM techniques, making sure compliance with policies and handling access to resources effectively, this function considerably Key Responsibilities: Develop and carry out a detailed IAM strategy lined up with the Cyber Security Strategy. Design IAM architectures that support safe and secure and effective access manages across business. Establish and implement gain access to governance policies and treatments. Conduct routine access evaluations and to make sure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Design and execute processes for the whole identity lifecycle, consisting of joiners, movers and leavers (JML). Implement and manage PAM services to manage and keep track of fortunate access. Develop and enhance IAM-related event reaction plans to attend to possible security incidents. Qualifications: Proven experience in IAM or associated functions. In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. Familiarity with IAM structures and requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or associated field.
